Your rental agreement will govern matters including:

Access rights;
Permitted and prohibited property;
Facility and unit use;
Insurance or tenant-protection requirements;
Defaults and remedies;
Termination;
The operator’s lien;

Property disposition; and

If these Website Terms conflict with an executed rental agreement concerning your storage unit, the rental agreement controls with respect to the rental.

Nothing on this website creates a landlord-tenant relationship, residential tenancy, bailment, or obligation to safeguard the contents of a unit beyond any duty imposed by applicable law or an executed written agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to rent a storage unit.

By submitting a reservation or online rental, you represent that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete;
You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
You are renting for a lawful purpose; and
You have the legal authority to enter into the transaction.

We may request identification, contact information, payment information, or other documentation before confirming a rental or granting access to a unit.

4. Unit Availability

Unit availability displayed on the website may change at any time.

Submitting a request, reservation, application, or payment does not necessarily guarantee that a particular unit will remain available unless and until Lucky Pick confirms the transaction and all required rental steps have been completed.

We may decline, cancel, or modify a reservation when:

The selected unit is no longer available;
The displayed information resulted from a technical or clerical error;
Required information or documentation is not provided;
Payment cannot be processed;
We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
The proposed use would violate facility rules or applicable law; or
The transaction cannot otherwise be completed.

When practical, we may offer another available unit, size, rate, or move-in date. We are not required to provide a substitute.

5. Unit Sizes, Images, and Descriptions

Unit dimensions are approximate and may vary because of building design, structural features, door placement, columns, walls, mechanical equipment, or other conditions.

Unit photographs, illustrations, virtual representations, and size-guide examples are intended to show a general type of space. They may not depict the exact unit assigned to a customer.

The amount of property that fits inside a unit depends on factors including:

Item dimensions;
Packing methods;
Shelving;
Furniture placement;
Access needs; and
The configuration of the specific unit.

Customers should inspect or confirm the suitability of a unit before storing property whenever possible. Lucky Pick does not guarantee that a recommended size will accommodate every item a customer intends to store.

6. Rates, Fees, and Pricing

Rates and availability displayed on the website are subject to change unless otherwise protected by an accepted reservation or completed rental.

The displayed monthly rate may not include every charge associated with a rental. Depending on the transaction and rental terms, additional amounts may include:

Administrative or setup fees;
Lock charges;
Applicable taxes;
Insurance or tenant-protection charges;
Late fees;
Returned-payment charges;
Access-related charges; or
Other amounts identified before or during checkout.

Customers should review the full order summary and rental agreement before completing a transaction.

If the website displays an incorrect rate because of a technical, typographical, or system error, Lucky Pick may correct the error before finalizing the rental. When payment has already been made, we may provide the option to accept the corrected terms or receive a refund of an affected amount, subject to applicable law.

7. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotional offers may:

Require an online reservation or rental;
Exclude taxes, fees, insurance, tenant protection, locks, or merchandise;

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

A promotion may reduce rent for an introductory period without fixing the rental rate indefinitely. The rental agreement and promotional details presented during checkout will control.

Lucky Pick may modify or discontinue a promotion before a customer completes a qualifying rental, subject to applicable law and any confirmed written offer.

8. Online Reservations and Rentals

When you submit an online reservation or rental, you authorize Lucky Pick and its service providers to process the information necessary to complete the transaction.

You are responsible for reviewing:

The selected facility;
Unit type and approximate dimensions;
Move-in date;
Monthly rate;
Fees;
Discounts;
Insurance or tenant-protection selections;
Payment authorization;
Contact information; and
Rental documents.

Please contact Lucky Pick promptly if you discover an error.

An online rental may not be complete until all required documents have been electronically signed, identification requirements have been satisfied, payment has been accepted, and Lucky Pick has provided confirmation or access instructions.

9. Payments and Automatic Payments

Payments made through the website may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges shown during checkout.

When you enroll in automatic payments, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the authorization and rental agreement presented to you. You remain responsible for:

Paying all amounts when due; and

Cancellation of automatic payment enrollment does not cancel the rental agreement or eliminate an outstanding balance.

10. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for:

13. Storage Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, customers generally may not use a storage unit for unlawful activity or store items such as:

Stolen property;
Perishable food likely to spoil or attract pests;
Living animals;
Plants requiring ongoing care;
Waste or refuse;
Property that creates an odor, leak, infestation, or safety risk;
Firearms or ammunition when prohibited by the rental agreement;
Unregistered, leaking, or improperly stored vehicles;
Items prohibited by law; or
Property that may endanger people, the facility, or other stored property.

Storage units may not be used as residences, sleeping accommodations, offices open to the public, workshops, manufacturing spaces, or business premises unless expressly permitted in writing.

14. Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including:

Rental and property-management platforms;

15. Intellectual Property

24. Massachusetts Self-Storage Rights

Storage-unit rentals at Lucky Pick may be subject to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 105A and other applicable laws.

The operator may have a lien on property stored in a leased space for rent, labor, and other lawful charges, and enforcement of that lien is subject to legally required procedures. The specific rights, notices, defaults, and remedies applicable to a customer will be addressed in the rental agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Website Terms is intended to waive a right or obligation that cannot legally be waived.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

Website functionality;
Business practices;
Facility services;
Technology;
Vendors;
Applicable law; or
Operational requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or permitted by law. Changes to these Website Terms do not automatically modify an already executed rental agreement.

26. Severability

A failure by Lucky Pick to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
